Omelette Pad Thai

Zen Yai offers the only Omelette Pad Thai in New York City. Pad thai cooked with dried baby shrimp, fresh shrimp, and tofu is served inside of a thin omelette. This taste of this cuisine derives from black pepper and fish sauce with a hint of ground peanuts, lime, bean sprouts, and chives.

Khanom Jeen

Khanom Jeen is a specialty of Thailand that originates from the Mon people who inhabited the central region. The use of basil, laser ginger, and kaffir lime leaf in creating the green curry offers a slight sweet taste that gives flavor to the chicken, chicken blood, and eggplants in it. Nam Ya Pla (Thai Curry), is a traditional curry mixed with coconut milk, chili, shallots, lemongrass, lemongrass, garlic, kaffir lime, and most importantly, lesser ginger. Chewy fish balls sit in the thick texture of the curry, influenced by ground fish. The red curry, often found in Northern Thailand, is a mix of tomatoes, herbs, chili, and nam niu flower that offers a mild spicy taste. The flavoring adds taste to the spare ribs, ground pork.
